A constant request we get are for more Family Buckets and Personal Hygiene bags (2-gallon zip lock size). These contain items that are critically needed.
After Perry had loaded these buckets he wrote: “This is Ivan (John) who works with Sergiy. The buckets along with other supplies will be taken to those near the front line tomorrow. There are many civilians who are still living there our supplies are really needed.”
The Family Buckets are a 5-gallon plastic bucket and have a label stating “The Church of Christ the family where everyone is loved.”
The buckets in the photo show those received from the Hillsboro Church of Christ (Nashville, TN) and one from the Montgomery, AL warehouse.
We are currently asking individuals, civic groups, office groups, and congregations to help us collect a large amount of Family Buckets that will be shipped in November. Dalraida’s Youth Minister, Christian Cherry, is coordinating with other youth groups in the Montgomery area a collection of these buckets. The challenge is for each youth group to collect and pack 50 buckets! We have the empty buckets at the warehouse in Montgomery.
These updates are going throughout our nation so let me ask you to do whatever you can to collect and pack buckets for us to ship. When you pack the buckets be sure to remove all packing (boxes, etc.) to make room for all to fit inside the bucket.

The mission trip continues to do amazing things. Gif and I are traveling around to distribution sites or meeting those who travel to us. Perry is working hard in the congregation and doing other necessary jobs (like loading commodities to be sent eastward).
And…this is made possible by your generosity in supporting our efforts in collecting, shipping and funding various actions that are often unseen! THANK YOU!
Pray for our success in seeing and taking advantage of the “open doors” that are before us!
