The brief visit to Vinnytsia, Ukraine has concluded but it was crammed full of wonderful memories.
This is the location that focuses on the welfare of the pensioners and also on transporting relief commodities into the eastern sections that are daily bombed by the Russian forces. As you look back through our monthly reports you will see distributions of clothing, toys, medical supplies, shoes and many other commodities. This is the location that has received containers from Columbus, MS (Kathy Cadden) and Neeleyville, MO (Jerry Max Morgan). Those containers have brought cherished items to these people and they express gratitude with tears running down their cheeks!
On this trip Tanya and I were presented with handmade Ukrainian shirts. A lady in the city made these and they are really nice. Victor said he had a shirt also made just like the one I have so we will match!
The train ride back to Kyiv concluded after nightfall.
THE MOSP ASKS “DOES JOHN KACHELMAN REALLY EXIST?”…On Wednesday I have a meeting with a committee from the Ministry of Social Policy (MOSP). This is the Ministry that gives approval to humanitarian aid shipments. In 2018 I have had multiple problems with MOSP. I do NOT like problems and there is stirred a great wrath when I have to deal with problems that are not mine. I will post a list of these problems later but the most recent and OUTRAGEOUS is that the MOSP is questioning my “existence.” Consequently, approvals have been stalled until it can be proven that I actually exist. I have listed the talking points for this meeting and I think afterwards there will be no doubt that I actually exist. When I return I plan to ask as many as possible to write, fax and email President Trump and the US Senators and Representatives and plead for them to recognize and sternly address the corrupt process that attempts to stall benevolent efforts in Ukraine.
There are those reading this that will probably be present at the MOSP meeting. I would suggest you recognize that the words cited below are from the Lord God Almighty. You would do well to read and heed the teaching here on earth or live in eternal Hell hereafter regretting that your attention was not focused on these truths found in the Old Testament…
Deuteronomy 27:19—Cursed is he who distorts the justice due a stranger, orphan, and widow.
Zechariah 7:10—do not oppress the widow or the orphan, the stranger or the poor; and do not devise evil in your hearts
