Report #14–April 9, 2018

The above photo is at the Ivano-Frankivsk airport where a number of the congregation members met me to say goodbye as I left Ivano-Frankivsk for Kyiv.

This is going to be a short note because it is after 10:30 p.m. and I will be getting up before 5:00 a.m. in the morning to catch the train!

The time in Ivano-Frankivsk on this trip came to a close today. After some last-minute meetings and final packing, I left and arrived in Kyiv. I will remain in Kyiv until I leave for the USA on Saturday.

Early in the morning I will take the “fast train” to Vinnytsia where I will meet with one of our consignees in that city. A container has just been shipped from Columbus, MS for this city. Kathy put a number of commodities into that container which are desperately needed by the elderly and those who have suffered because of Russian aggression. We are scheduled to meet with a number of groups and one of these will be families of the veterans of the anti-terrorist war in the eastern regions of Lugansk and Donetsk. These are those troops who are fighting the Russian invasion and occupation of Ukraine.

Continue praying for our efforts and the opening of doors by which the gospel can be preached!
