The Lord\u2019s Day was a bright, sunny and very mild day. It was a day of assembly and fellowship. John Durham continues to present his lesson series and today\u2019s lesson focused on the fact that \u201cEaster\u201d was not the end but the beginning! He stressed the urgency of all people to be involved and focused on the Lord\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Encouraging Developments Within One Year’s Time!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is encouraging to see the change in the congregation\u2019s attitude and atmosphere! Perry had told me that I would see a dramatic difference in the members in the one-year\u2019s-time since we made a critical change. And he was correct. Perry observed that even in the bus going to the assemblies there was now a joy and eagerness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Illustrating Perry\u2019s comment was a conversation I had with three women after the worshipping assembly\u2014Natasha, Natasha and Lesia. Two of these are new to the congregation being IDPs. These three were talking about how they are inviting their friends to come to the congregation. Lesia showed me a list of her friends that she is constantly talking with and urging to visit. It was so encouraging to hear the excited conversation about their desire to reach-out to as many as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monday begins a new week and an incredible schedule is planned and even more is \u201cknocking at the door\u201d!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
