The December 2016 issue of UKRAINE MISSIONS newsletter is available for you to download and read. This newsletter contains the final reports for actions in 2016. 2016 was a year filled full to overflowing with opportunities to serve the Lord.
It seems that as soon as we completed one action item three more popped up for us to accept. Thankfully the hardy workers in Searcy, AR and Columbus, MS would rise to the occasion every time they were challenged!
The December newsletter reviews the amazing successes that the Lord brought from the energies of those involved in sorting, preparing, loading and distributing the benevolent items that were shipped in the Lord’s Name. Such could not be possible without the generosity of donors whose hearts were opened to assisting the Lord’s work.
Here is a comment that brother Paval wrote that expresses the grateful faith of your brethren in Ivano-Frankivsk:
“We have distributed a lot of humanitarian aid, such as medicines, medical equipment, clothes, shoes, food, etc.).
“Trying to remember all the things that we have given away makes your head dizzy and your soul overflows with great joy realizing how great is the love and care that God’s children show to others. We all know that we should gather our treasures in heaven.
“I want to thank you for evangelistic campaigns that we had when you came to Ukraine. We attended a number of wonderful classes that opened hearts of many more people to hear about church of Christ.
“Once again, I would like to thank you for your invaluable input into our joined efforts. We cannot do these things alone. We look to you as our older brothers and sisters who can give us very useful knowledge of God’s Word and how we are to serve our Almighty God.”
THANK YOU for your support and encouragement throughout 2016! Please continue to partner with us in 2017 as we accept the amazing opportunities that are presented to us by the Almighty God!
